We look forward to detailed layout plans for the sustainable development of Tai Long Sai Wan as an amenity area for hikers and a beach village with land side facilities and services, including a pier, in support of swimming, sun bathing, boating and water sports, and in support of local landowners and operators. In the meantime, we urge you to proceed expediently with the designation of Hoi Ha, So Lo Pun, Pak Lap as well as the other enclaves into their surrounding Country Parks. 本人支持以上述未定案地圖取代原有的地圖，以保障有關未包括在其相鄰郊野公園的地段之生態和景觀價值。本人期待更仔細的用地規劃地圖，使大浪西灣可提供如碼頭等陸地設施，既可讓該區作遠足、日光浴、水上活動等休戲用途，且能支持當地居民的日常活動。同時，本人期望貴 署盡快把海下、鎖羅盤、白腊以及其他未包括在相鄰郊野公園的地段盡快納入郊野公園。
