The Central Waterfront consists of parts of the Central District Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H4/1 and Central District (Extension) Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H24/6. The project site is bound by the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to the East and follows Connaught Road Central/Harcourt Road West to the intersection of Man-Kat Street just before the Rumsey Street Multi-Storey Car-Park (see figure 1 below). The site includes the entire site identified in the Hong Kong Planning Department’s Central Reclamation Urban Design Study.
