The pending sale and development of Site 3 of in Central (from Jardine House to the Central Ferry Piers) will shape the future enjoyment of Hong Kong’s iconic waterfront.

This ULI event on 20 September at 16:00 at the Hong Kong Maritime Museum will discuss a 'design first' land sales process for Site 3.

And to provoke ideas on the future uses, architecture and design firm Benoy, with BuroHappold Engineering, will present provocative design concepts.
