The Kai Tak Channel could be like Marina Bay in Singapore and Darling Harbour in Sydney. Government's plan for Kai Tak will result in dead-boring promenades along a dead water. Let's avoid wasting this opportunity.

啟德明渠範圍可以打造成像新加坡濱海灣或悉尼達令港般，成為本港的地標。政府的啟德發展計劃只包括一條海濱長廊圍繞住啟德明渠。讓我們一同阻止政府浪費這個機遇。

Our proposal is to surround Kai Tak Channel with four waterfront facilities offering food and  beverage, look out points, boat rental and storage, changing rooms, bicycle parking, and more.   These facilities enable public use of the  Kai Tak Channel, the lond promenades and open spaces for leisure, recreation, sports and events.

我們建議在啟德明渠周邊興建四座建築物，並提供餐飲、觀景台、船隻租借及儲存、更衣室、單車泊位等設施。這些設施能夠讓大眾在啟德海濱和休憩用地進行休閒、康樂、體育等各式各樣的活動。

There are no noise sensitive receivers nearby, so why not attract the public to enjoy this fantastic channel? An enormous amount of effort has been made to clean up the water. It is improving every day and it will be safe for boating.

啟德附近沒有民居受到嘈音影響，何以不把它打造成一個富吸引力的地方呢？當局已經採取不同措施去改善水質，而明渠範圍的水質即將合適舉辦不同的水上活動。

In short, we propose to rezone four areas along the channel for low rise buildings. These become  activity centres which enable people to enjoy the large area of open space, as well as the  Kai Tak Channel. The four centres offer look-out towers, food and beverage with seating overlooking the channel, changing facilities for the public as well as athletes , bicycle parking, storage of boats and water sports equipment, and facilities for organising events.   Technically, our proposal is to rezone the four areas from "Open Space" and "Open Space (2)" to "Other Specified Uses" annotated "Waterfront Related Commercial, Recreational   and Leisure Uses only".

我們建議改劃四塊在啟德明渠沿岸的用地，並建造四座多功能的建築物，以容許市民享用廣闊的休憩用地和啟德明渠。四座建築物將會提供餐廳、單車泊位、船隻儲存、更衣室等設施。我們已經向城市規劃委員會遞交申請，將現時啟德地區中四塊劃為「休憩用地」及「休憩用地(2)」的用地改劃成「其他指定用途」註明「與海旁有關的商業、康樂及休憩用途」地帶。
