Government has proposed to build a shopping mall and car parks underneath Kowloon Park to pay for tunnels which divert pedestrians away from overcrowded pavements along Haiphong Road.<\/p>\n

We propose a simpler solution: Re-open pedestrian crossings at Peking Road, Middle Road, and Salisbury Road so that is easier for people to get from Canton Road to the MTR Station.<\/p>\n

We have studied the three junctions in detail. The drawings below show how pedestrians can cross Kowloon Park Drive with little impact on traffic flow.<\/p>\n

\u653f\u5e9c\u8a08\u5283\u5728\u4e5d\u9f8d\u516c\u5712\u5730\u5e95\u767c\u5c55\u5546\u5834\u548c\u5730\u4e0b\u505c\u8eca\u5834,\u5f9e\u800c\u8cc7\u52a9\u8208\u5efa\u4e00\u689d\u65b0\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u96a7\u9053\u8cab\u7a7f\u5ee3\u6771\u9053\u53ca\u5c16\u6c99\u5480\u6e2f\u9435\u7ad9,\u7528\u4ee5\u5206\u6d41\u6d77\u9632\u9053\u64e0\u64c1\u7684\u4eba\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u5011\u5efa\u8b70\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6cd5:\u00a0\u53ea\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u958b\u653e\u5317\u4eac\u9053\u548c\u4e2d\u9593\u9053\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u904e\u8def\u8655,\u4ee5\u53ca\u958b\u653e\u68b3\u58eb\u5df4\u5229\u9053\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u8a31\u53ef,\u884c\u4eba\u4fbf\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5f9e\u5ee3\u6771\u9053\u8d70\u5230\u65bc\u5f4c\u6566\u9053\u7684\u6e2f\u9435\u7ad9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u7d93\u8a73\u7d30\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u4e09\u500b\u65b9\u6848,\u5206\u5225\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u9053\u3001\u4e2d\u9593\u9053\u548c\u68b3\u58eb\u5df4\u5229\u9053\u884c\u4eba\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u5c0d\u4ea4\u901a\u6d41\u91cf\u5f71\u97ff\u4e0d\u5927\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b,\u00a0\u7a7f\u904e\u4e5d\u9f8d\u516c\u5712\u5f91\uff0c\u8d70\u5230\u65bc\u5f4c\u6566\u9053\u7684\u6e2f\u9435\u7ad9\u3002<\/p>\n
