Here is how! \u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u9ad8\u5c16\u6c99\u5480\u7684\u53ef\u884c\u5ea6\uff1f"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Government has proposed to build a shopping mall and car parks underneath Kowloon Park to pay for tunnels which divert pedestrians away from overcrowded pavements along Haiphong Road.<\/p>\n<p>We propose a simpler solution: Re-open pedestrian crossings at Peking Road, Middle Road, and Salisbury Road so that is easier for people to get from Canton Road to the MTR Station.<\/p>\n<p>We have studied the three junctions in detail.
