\u8207\u8f46\u540c\u884c\uff1a\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u65b9\u5f0f<\/strong>

\u8207\u8f46\u540c\u884c <\/em>\u7684\u6311\u6230\u662f\u986f\u800c\u6613\u898b\u7684\u3002\u7576\u8857\u9053\u6e05\u6f54\u5de5\u548c\u56de\u6536\u8005\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u63a8\u8457\u624b\u63a8\u8eca\u7a7f\u904e\u5d0e\u5d87\u3001\u9661\u5ced\u7684\u8857\u9053\u6642\uff0c\u72f9\u7a84\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u9053\u4e0a\u7199\u7199\u6518\u6518\u7684\u4eba\u6f6e\u3001\u99ac\u8def\u4e0a\u9ad8\u901f\u99db\u904e\u7684\u8eca\u8f1b\u548c\u300c\u8f46\u53cb\u300d\u5011\u624b\u4e2d\u88dd\u6eff\u8ca8\u7269\u800c\u6c89\u91cd\u7684\u624b\u63a8\u8eca\uff0c\u90fd\u5f80\u5f80\u5bb9\u6613\u4ee4\u4ed6\u5011\u9677\u65bc\u5371\u96aa\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u800c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u63a8\u8457\u5b30\u5152\u8eca\u3001\u8f2a\u6905\u6216\u884c\u674e\u7bb1\u7684\u4eba\u5011\u5247\u9700\u8981\u8271\u96e3\u5730\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u8def\u7db2\u4e2d\u5c0b\u627e\u80fd\u5920\u65b9\u4fbf\u7a7f\u884c\u7684\u901a\u9053\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5f88\u591a\u5730\u65b9\u7684\u884c\u4eba\u8def\u7dda\u90fd\u4e26\u672a\u5145\u5206\u8003\u616e\u5230\u300c\u8f46\u53cb\u300d\u7684\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u76f8\u95dc\u7121\u969c\u7919\u8a2d\u65bd\u6216\u6307\u5f15\u7f3a\u5931\u548c\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002<\/p>\n

Walking With Wheels – <\/em><\/strong>An Essential Mode of Transport<\/strong><\/p>\n

The challenges to walking with wheels are obvious. Street cleaners and recyclers are often in danger when pushing their trolleys across rugged, steep and cramped streets during their daily routines, while families struggle to find convenient routes with baby prams, wheelchairs or suitcases.<\/p>\n

The ability to walk safely and conveniently with carts and trolleys allows us to move loading and unloading locations and thereby reduce traffic congestion.\u00a0 The Walking with Wheels <\/em>initiative seeks to encourage the public and government to ask questions and to find solutions.<\/p>\n

Can a better understanding of the role and operation of Walking with Wheels <\/em>help enhance transport efficiencies and reduce road congestion? What benefits does walking with wheels contribute to society? How can we improve the rights of those walking with wheels to the use of roads, pavements, lifts, footbridges and buildings? Can we improve the walking experience, and promote road safety? How can we minimize conflicts with other users of these routes?
